The Founder
Meet Michael Erwin.
I grew up in Montana in the 1970s with a dream of becoming a United States Marine. After proudly serving four years in the Marine Corps, my wife Jane and I began a new chapter in Arkansas with a deep desire to build a family. Through twenty years of faith and perseverance, our son Benjamin was born—a dream fulfilled through God’s perfect timing.
Today, Benjamin is 23 years old and thriving as an aerospace engineer in Wichita, Kansas, while pursuing his master’s degree in the same field. Watching him walk in his purpose has only deepened my desire to help others do the same.
Throughout my journey, I’ve worked in a wide range of roles—surveyor, postal worker, fundraiser, logger, and avionics technician—each one shaping my character, sharpening my resilience, and teaching me what it means to live with integrity, discipline, and vision.
But my greatest passion has always been helping people find clarity, live intentionally, and walk in alignment with their God-given purpose.
That’s why I founded Success Map Media—a Kingdom-minded business that equips individuals with biblical tools for personal growth and lasting transformation.
Our flagship course, Vision Quest, is the first in a series of personal development and leadership programs designed to help you break free from past limitations and step boldly into your calling.
